SUMMARY
The Content Writer, Digital & Social Media is a talented writer who generates engaging and original content for our products, clients, and business. The Content Writer, Digital & Social Media will research topics and develop interesting and informational posts that will appeal to our audience. This position requires a skilled, science minded, tech-savvy writer who can create appealing, insightful posts that will reach and grow our audience. Social Media is where we engage with customers, potential customers, influencers and veterinarians to show our expertise and to gain followers and customers. This is an essential part of our brand building and customer engagement.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generates research, and pitches ideas for blogs, social media, website, case studies, white papers, landing page copy, newsletters, and review responses.
  • Writes, edits, publishes, proofreads, and promotes content.
  • Maximizes site traffic by utilizing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) keywords.
  • Stays current on industry trends for possible opportunities to attract new readers or create stronger, more engaging content.
  • Interfaces with colleagues on planning, organizing, and content execution in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Keeps knowledge-based articles and other self-service support content accurate, up-to-date and on brand, while proactively iterating and making improvements.
  • Maintains content style and brand consistency across all products while keeping projects on schedule.
  • Adapts and evolves cohesive language for a unified voice across products.
  • Responsible for social media across all channels as well as setting up and maintaining new channels with relevant, engaging, and informative content.

The ideal Harvest Technician is very experienced with processing cannabis flowers and is able to trim a large volume per day while maintaining a high-quality standard of work.</p><p><b>Job Responsibilities:</b></p><p>• Harvesting whole plants for processing with care</p><p>• Running harvested plants to dry rooms</p><p>• Trim cannabis without touching or cutting into the flowers</p><p>• Following strict biosecurity protocols, maintaining the sanitation of tools and person</p><p>• Scouting for and reporting any pests or pathogens(powdery mildew, botrytis)</p><p>• Any other task assigned by the Supervisor</p><p><b>Job Requirements:</b></p><p>• Must be 21 years or older</p><p>• Previous cannabis or cultivation experience</p><p>• Positive \"can do\" attitude and willingness to learn</p><p>• Reliability/punctuality</p><p>• Desire/passion for a career in the cannabis industry</p><p>Compensation: $16.00/hour</p><p>If this sounds like the position you have been waiting for please apply using the online application or the link below - all inquiries are strictly confidential.
