Some travel will be required to their production facility located in Cranbrook, BC.</p><p><b>Main responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, the following:</b></p><p>• Develop and maintain a rolling 12-month demand plan by brand and by SKU, analyzing historical shipment data, sell-through, in-channel inventory and week of sales at provincial boards, while closely collaborating with Operations, Marketing & Product Development, Shipping & Receiving Finance and Sales teams.</p><p>• Establish and monitor forecast accuracy and percentage of days of product availability reporting for each provincial board, identify gaps and work with Sales and Operations teams to improve the KPIs for critical items.</p><p>• Monitor and report on important changes in forecasts month over month versus the previous forecast, operating plan and provincial board commitment and sales expectations.</p><p>• Manage the product offering and allocation process for each provincial board.</p><p>• Work with Sales and the Marketing & Product Development teams to incorporate the impact of promotions, pricing changes and new product introduction on the forecast.</p><p>• Work with Sales to clearly identify and present opportunities and risks in the demand plan. Monitor inventory levels based on customer demand and work with customers to fill inventory gaps.</p><p>• Learn and develop expertise in cannabis supply chain operations. Establish critical KPIs such as PO fulfillment days and report against those KPIs.</p><p>• Prioritize and manage competing and changing objectives in support of both short- and long-term goals while maintaining stakeholder expectations. This includes various ad hoc analytical reporting and presentations.</p><p>• Conduct sensitivity analysis and develop recommendations for decision-makers.</p><p>• Build pricing and budgeting models.</p><p>• Design, build and own tools to improve processes and information gathering.</p><p>• Work with cross-functional teams and provide insight to improve business decisions through data.</p><p>Core Competencies</p><p>• Adept at managing and analyzing large volumes of data in Microsoft Excel, Power BI or an ERP.</p><p>• Able to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.</p><p>• Ability to adhere to a best-practices approach and keep documentation updated and available.</p><p>• Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational skills.</p><p>• Self-starter with the ability to perform duties with minimal supervision.</p><p>• Strong verbal and written communication skills.</p><p>• Ability to work in fast-paced, team environment.</p><p>• Excellent problem-solving skills.</p><p>Education and Experience</p><p>• Prior experience in cannabis, construction, manufacturing, and/or other Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).</p><p>• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, supply chain or other relevant fields.</p><p>• A minimum of 3 years experience in a demand planning/forecasting role.</p><p>• Power user of Microsoft Excel and other visualization tools.
