We provide a 60% Assistance Program to veterans and individuals with disabilities or low-income because we believe everybody should be able to experience the benefits of CBD regardless.
We have a fun, fast-paced and close-knit workplace environment and are looking for an experienced Demand Planner to help ensure our company’s operations are timely, efficient, and cost-effective. • Lead all demand planning duties including estimating future product demand, analyzing inventory flow, and developing forecast models for materials sourcing projections.
  • Drive the cross-channel demand planning activities, including statistical analysis, volume sales forecasting and daily analysis of the order portfolio and sales trend.
  • Develop volume sales forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation (by SKU and product category), for multiple time horizons and multiple channels.
  • Conduct margin analysis across the business as a whole, as well as at category and product level.
  • Partner with Marketing and Ecommerce teams to ensure discount/promotion profitability and advise on appropriate products and categories to drive growth.
  • Establish effective replenishment forecast models at optimized level based on the latest sales trends and demand patterns with a seasonality of products.
  • Propose and implement solutions to improve forecast accuracy, as well as SKU productivity and overall pricing optimization.
  • Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies to impacted individuals and teams.
  • Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities.
  • Facilitate the information flow between Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance and top Management, leading to effective knowledge sharing and an optimal consensus forecast to better guide the company.
  • Review historical sales trends; research demand drivers; prepare forecast data; apply error analysis techniques to improve forecasting.
  • Analyze variances of the sales forecasting vs. company goals to determine whether forecasts are consistent with product availability, production lead times and other supply chain constraints.

Requirements
