And we really believe that we are helping to change the world by crafting high-quality hemp products for humans, pets and aliens (they may be among us, you never know). Honestly, the job is not all roses and puppy dogs — there is some good news and there is some bad news.

Let’s get the bad news out of the way first:

The pay is OK. Meaning, you won’t become a millionaire at this job.

Now let’s talk about the good stuff:

1. The work is fun, fresh and dynamic. You will be working directly for our co-founder, Jason and helping to organize all the things.
2. We aren’t big on undue stress. So, while we will expect you to work efficiently and get things done, we focus on open communication and getting things done right.
3. You will be part of helping people in a truly meaningful way with high-quality hemp/CBD edibles.
4. You will bring your unique set of skills, help shape the path of the company, do things, and make decisions on things that no big stuffy company would ever allow you to do. You will be able to shape the work that you do. We don't micromanage and DO expect you to own the outcome.

Now, let’s talk about the job requirements:

1. You need to be the type of person who gets joy out of getting things done. Every day, you will bang out a list of stuff. Fun stuff. Important stuff. Necessary stuff.
2. You need to be a self-starter. There will be training, but ultimately, you have to figure out how to make things happen with:

Scheduling, managing calendars
Market research
Reporting
Data entry
Email processing
Collaborate with writers, graphic artists, and designers
Provide customer service as first point of contact
Proofreading and posting articles on WordPress
Social media posting

3. You will be helping someone who thinks in bits and bytes, so you need handle technology like a pro!
4. You need to have experience and command the following technology stack:

Office 365
Monday.com
Basecamp
MS Teams
WordPress/Woocommerce
Adobe Creative Suite

You need to love organizing, jumping into messes, and figuring out how to make sense of it for the CEO and the other team members involved in the related project.

5. You need to nail down the details. You don’t need to race through work and get things done half-assed (we figured that one out ourselves). We need you to slow things down and get them done right the first time.
6. You need to have strong figure-it-itis chops. If you like to come to work expecting people to tell you what to do and how to figure it out, this will be a miserable job for you.

In short, your job is to make Jason's life simpler so he can focus on his unique set of skills. And to have fun at work (who wants a job that isn’t fun?!?).

We do expect professionalism and punctuality.

What we don’t expect is perfection for you to qualify for this job. We can teach you some of what we know and expect you to fill in the gaps.

We expect intelligence, resilience, energy, and a get it done attitude. When you have questions, you will find the answers with a quick yell in the office to anyone on our team.

To learn more about us, check out www.TheSpectrumLabs.com.

If this is a job that gets you so excited that you would even do it for free, we would totally accept that offer from you. But if you prefer compensation (and we totally get it…we prefer getting paid as well) this is what we offer: This is a part time, Office Assistant job (with potential for full time in the next 12-18 months). The hours will be approximately 20 a week.

In addition to being a detailed person, you must follow systems and processes (we are going through our GMP accreditation process now). In fact, just to prove that you are detailed oriented and can follow procedures, when you apply for this position in the application details in the \"Why are you interested in working with us?\" you must include “I have found my type of peeps”. Yep, that’s our little trick to sort out the people who blanket send their resume to anyone and everyone, from the folks (that’s you) who are truly interested in this position.

We are looking to bring our new colleague on board as soon as possible, but we will spend the necessary time to find the best fit both in abilities and culturally. One thing that will give you a BIG leg up (but is optional) is to send a quick video in along with your resume. In your video tell us why you think you’re perfect for this job and why you will rock this position. This is purely for us to get a sense of your personality. And if you decide not to send a video (that’s ok), please tell us why you chose not to send in a video.

This application process for this job will close on 8/31.

To Apply

Fill out the application.

Create a cover letter or video answering the following questions:

A) Tell us how you will fit in THIS job specifically. We know what’s a fit for us and want to know if this is a fit for YOU. We will NOT be calling you to clarify whether or not you’re a fit. SELL US on why we would be lucky to have you on the team.

B) Tell us your precise compensation requirements. (Note: Be strategic here. If you pick a number in the range we have in mind, and everything else in your application looks good, we will interview you. If you shoot too high and pick a number outside of our range (when you would have been happy with a lower number), we won’t get the chance to talk, even if the rest of your application is perfect. And if you don’t provide a number at all, we will completely dismiss your application. We do not provide the range in advance. We want to hear what the lowest number is that would make the job a hell yes for you if all other conditions were met.)

We can’t wait to meet you!

","company":{"companyType":"Private/Startup","name":"LCCL Group"},"location":{"country":"United States","address":"Arden, NC 28704","city":"Arden","stateProvince":"NC"},"frontendLink":"/job-posting/lccl-group/possibly-the-coolest-office-assistant-job-in-cannabis-ever/99538a0d0d091c2a01f495f699175983","title":"Possibly the Coolest Office Assistant job (in Cannabis) Ever...","hash":"99538a0d0d091c2a01f495f699175983","postingUrl":"https://www.indeed.com/job/possibly-the-coolest-office-assistant-job-in-cannabis-ever-6d98a565a70b6c9d"},{"employmentType":"Full-time","postedOn":"1 day ago","description":"

Job Summary

The focus of this role is to provide support patients with memorable experiences and education on company products and practices.
