Customer Success Center Team Lead

Are you an individual committed to providing an exceptional customer experience, regardless of where that experience takes place? As the Customer Success Center Lead you will be responsible for leading the Customer Success Team in driving engagement and increasing sales with current and future customers online and over the phone. You will be a wealth of knowledge surrounding the recreational cannabis market and equipped to respond to all incoming inquiries about Fire and Flower products. You will be able to navigate multiple platforms and systems to identify opportunities and optimize efficiencies. You will analyze results and performance to make decisions to drive the business and increase revenue.

Reports to: Operations & Retail Systems Manager & Customer Success Centre

Job Responsibilities:

You motivate and support your team to not only provide exceptional customer service but to continuously learn and stay up to date on the evolving cannabis industry. You are often the first point of contact for Fire and Flower. This requires a deep commitment to both customer satisfaction and the company’s values. You will help develop, deploy and grow the Customer Success Center’s business through technology and innovative ideas.

Job Duties:

• Responsible to organize, lead, and achieve success with the customer success team

• Develop strategies and KPI’s to drive engagement across multiple platforms

• Coach and develop the team in customer interactions across multiple platforms

• Serve as the point of escalation for customer concerns, taking appropriate action as needed

• Liaise with other departments as needed to meet customer needs

• Organize/Attend training sessions to stay updated on product, regulatory changes, or company policy changes.

• Input data into the company computer platform to keep each customer record updated

• Analyze data and make thoughtful insights

• Provide weekly customer recap to Ops team

• Continually assess and adapt team’s effectiveness to needs of the company

• Must be available to work evenings, holidays and weekends

• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong computer skills

• Experience with CRM, Database Management or LiveChat

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills

• High level of professionalism

• Strong problem-solving ability

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment

• Knowledge of call centre tools and operations

Education, Training and Experience:

• 3+ years of customer experience

• 2+ years’ experience in a leadership role

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Customer contact center experience is an asset
