We care about quality, so we do careful pruning, hand-water, hand-trim. We’re looking for a cultivator to join our team who is first and foremost a great manager—someone who knows how to lead a team in an organized and positive way. It’s a plus if you have experience with living soil-style cultivation, but experience with any type of high-quality cannabis cultivation is fine. The mechanics of knowing how to prune properly, water plants correctly, identify plant health issues *and guide/instruct your team in doing these things* is more important than anything else.
