Dragonfly is seeking a highly motivated and focused individual. They will be responsible for providing the manual labor to support the activities and operations of the Cultivation Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn and complete harvest, trim, and packaging processes according to our operating procedures
  • Maintain awareness of harvest and trim support, supply inventories and report shortages to manager
  • Report to direct supervisor if potential bottlenecks or hazards in harvest and trim production begin to arise
  • Comply with legal requirements at the local, city and state levels
  • Assist state and local government regulators, auditors, and law enforcement agents with inspection visits and information requests
  • Acquire knowledge of strains and state regulations
  • Competently follow directions from supervisor(s)
  • Assist with miscellaneous tasks to support overall company needs
  • Maintain a safe, clean working environment

  • Consistently on time to work with a good attitude
  • Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing and able to work in a fast paced environment
