JOB SUMMARY

Cresco Labs is seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to represent our Technology Portfolio Management Team supporting projects on our Technology road-map. You will work directly with the Director of Portfolio Management, the Portfolio Management Team, and many different business stakeholders to gather quality requirements, solution identification, help build project scopes and resource requirements all resulting in a quality project plan to then execute and manage. Additionally, will support our management and oversight of all Enterprise SaaS applications through our Standard Technology Software Repository. Your written and verbal communication must be excellent as well as your technical aptitude. You are the type of person who prefers to be hands on with the software and solutions you will represent and is able to thrive in a rapidly growing industry and it's resulting dynamic environments. The general allocation of job duties are, in priority order, Project Management and Requirements Documentation, SaaS management, and traditional Portfolio Management.

CORE JOB DUTIES

  • Overall Project Management of multiple Technology projects
  • Handle weekly status updates updates to many different organizational stakeholders on identifying success criteria for project completion
  • Power user of Trello, Jira, and Confluence
  • Participate and drive technical solutioning with relevant business partners and technical teams to help define goals and deliverables for projects
  • Participate in Portfolio Management oversight for the commercial value realization of our many technology projects ensuring their strategic alignment and there sometimes competing priority with other projects
  • Participate and support Project Intake and business requirements identification and documentation with key focus
  • Maintain an up to date Wiki / Confluence Project Information pages for all assigned projects
  • Support the coordination of dependencies across the projects and programs in the portfolio and resolve or escalate conflicts
  • Support the update of the Standard Technology Software Repository (STAR) by updating the relevating project pages on our wiki as requested by the platform owners

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, business or a related field from an accredited university or institution, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years proven track record as a Technical Project Manager for complex technology projects
  • Experience managing Agile software development projects and groups, and knowledge of key concepts and processes within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Agile and Waterfall methodologies as well as process and workflow management a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong background and knowledge in complete, development ready user stories
  • Quick learner – grasps essence quickly and uses information learned to apply elsewhere
  • Experience working with business stakeholders to best understand and help champion proposed solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; knows how to work well with diverse and dynamic teams across multiple functions, e.g. operations, sales, accounting, etc.
  • Strong experience with Trello, Jira, and Confluence
  • Strong negotiation skills, striking a balance between being flexible and driving for results with aggressive timelines
  • Thrives in fast-paced dynamic environment; can handle multiple high priority projects simultaneously
  • Minimal travel required

PREFERRED CERTIFICATION(S)

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification and/or Program Management Professional (PGMP) Certification a plus
  • Scrum Master Certification a plus

The Facility Operations Manager has responsibility for all staff in the facility and acts as a liaison externally between the Cultivation and Dispensing Facilities and the local community, including law enforcement.</p><p>Maintain a highly focused, diligent, lean operational culture dedicated to Columbia Care's established mission objectives.</p><p>Ensure compliance with all State and local laws, rules and regulations governing the local medical marijuana program, and other regulations such as OSHA, HIPAA, NFPA and others.</p><p>Oversee staff training and education to ensure that SOPs, Health and Safety, and good agricultural and manufacturing practices are followed.</p><p>Manage security of the facility in partnership with corporate VP, Security.
