Joy Reserve is seeking a highly motivated, reliable and customer focused Cannabis Courier with an undeniable passion for creating memorable experiences for our clients. As a Courier, you will leave the final lasting interaction with the Client's by providing them their products and insuring the payment process is seamless. The courier is a client’s last point of contact within Joy Reserve client experience and sets the tone for the client’s expectation for future orders with us.

The ideal courier will manifest the Joy Reserve Mission to build a genuine relationship and making sure that each client is provided with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.

The courier is responsible for providing our clients with exceptional service by meeting their individual needs and expectations, as well as serving as a “Joy Reserve Ambassador” by promoting the philosophy and values of the brand.

Responsibilities but not limited too

  • Provide an exceptional customer service experience by exceeding their expectations, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the industry.
  • Work with our software in order to successfully complete delivery orders.
  • Informed daily on all incoming and outgoing orders, and drop-off locations to increase your product knowledge, delivery efficiency, discreteness and safety.
  • An expert at properly packaging cannabis orders strictly abiding by California's State Cannabis Laws and Regulations.
  • Drive and deliver products from facility to customers in our delivery territory.
  • Follow all local, state and federal traffic and driving laws.
  • Work as a team player and partner with fellow colleagues, foster open and constructive communication, to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment.
  • Process, package and label orders in preparation for delivery.

REQUIRED

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Ability to work well on a team and independently
  • Must have a Valid Driver’s License
  • Must have 2 years minimum driving experience
  • Valid Auto Liability Insurance required by CA and a driving record acceptable to our insurance provider(s)
  • Current California registration and insurance under your name
  • Must be able to work a variable schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Satisfactory driving record
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by date of hire to be considered for this position at Joy Reserve
