We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the company’s marketing projects. The Project Manager will be working closely with management, our product team, and other departments to effectively scope and implement projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with digital marketing and a basic understanding of technical projects. This role will suit someone who is flexible and dynamic.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages the creative intake process, creates project timelines, monitors project lifecycle from start to finish
  • Knowledge of creative development processes, writing, design, brand management, etc.
  • Support the team on coordination for staff meetings and tracking and execution of key deliverables for the organization
  • Facilitate, assign, track the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure proper assignment of staff resources to complete the projects in a timely manner
  • Successfully manage the relationship with 3rd Party Vendors and internal team members
  • Collaborate within the Management team to continuously improve company’s internal solutions and processes

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Project Management & Marketing preferred
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to capture thoughts and transform them into project documentation based on the business requirements and specifications
  • Comfort using task-management tools like Jira and Asana.
  • Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in project priorities
  • Leadership skills and proven ability to own a project from start to finish
  • Ability to work independently alongside a fast-paced team
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with minimal guidance and to proactively identify and resolve issues
  • Bachelor’s (or equivalent work experience) preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

The Project Manager will be the primary point of contact between the Engineering executives, General Contractor, Ownership Group and all internal colleagues. The PM will be responsible for maintaining the executive's calendar and scheduling, booking meetings, coordination and handling all correspondence. The Wholesale Manager is responsible for managing wholesale accounts, executing wholesale transactions, and driving revenue growth and profitability. This position is also responsible for building effective and lasting wholesale partnerships to develop the market for company brands.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p><b>The Wholesale Manager is responsible for the following:</b></p><p>• Building a sales pipeline.</p><p>• Creating implementation plans to support execution of company initiatives to achieve both operational excellence and business results.</p><p>• Establishing a predictable and reliable cadence with wholesale customers, internal management and other internal departments to ensure team development, growth, performance, awareness and transparency to progress, inhibitors and successes</p><p>• Actively reporting on progress of wholesale program</p><p>• Collaborating on and own development and communication of pricing programs.</p><p>• Identifying opportunities to optimize selling opportunities within assigned territories.</p><p>• Working closely with marketing to optimize promotion and product awareness.</p><p>• Utilizing financial tools and analyze financial reports to identify and address trends and issues in the company’s performance.</p><p>• Working collaboratively across the organization to develop and drive the company’s wholesale strategy.</p><p>• Providing day-to-day assistance with the wholesale team and execution of corresponding wholesale plans, including entering sales orders, generating inventory pick lists, aggregating COAs (test results), and other day-to-day tasks as needed.</p><p>• Maintaining organized records of all documentation related to wholesale transactions</p><p>• Interacting with peers and operational leadership to develop and implement improvement programs.</p><p>• 20% travel is required</p><p>• Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change to be assigned at any time without notice.</p><p><b>Minimum Qualifications:</b></p><p>• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or relevant combination of education and experience.</p><p>• 3-4 years of sales experience preferred.</p><p>• Proficiency with CRM, ERP, Inventory Tracking software systems and Microsoft Office tools.</p><p>• Excellent presentation skills and strong written and verbal communication skills required.</p><p>• Demonstrated network connections in the domain and relationships with players serving it a strong preference.</p><p>• Demonstrated results in managing complex sales, sales programs and portfolios of initiatives through excellent influence skills.</p><p>• Demonstrated ability and proven track record in the driving process, efficiency and growth improvements/results.</p><p>• Big picture thinker, strategic, but able to distill functions and business interactions into the tactical/detailed process and work flow in order to drive improvement and efficiency gains.</p><p>• Effectively demonstrate analytical skills, change management and financial acumen.</p><p>• An effective and persuasive communicator with outstanding presence, presentation and negotiation skills that constantly strives for simplicity and clarity.</p><p>• Team player.</p><p>• Able to travel, as needed, including weekends where necessary to drive sales.</p><p><b>Physical and Environmental Requirements:</b></p><p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.</p><p>• Ability to work a minimum of 8 hours a day and rotating shifts;</p><p>• Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends and holidays;</p><p>• Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds;</p><p>• Ability to sit, squat, bend, and kneel repetitively throughout a work day;</p><p>• Ability to stand for extended periods of time;</p><p><b>• Ability and willingness to work in the following conditions:</b></p><p>• General office environment;</p><p>• Extended computer usage;</p><p>• Extended phone usage including teleconferences, and</p><p>• Work environments that include exposure to, but not limited to, fumes, dust, odors, heights, indoor AC, no AC, motion, and noise.</p><p>MMI encourages applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
