We’re seeking a temporary Compliance Specialist to support and advise management and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. This will be covering an employee leave of absence for approximately two months.

Essential job functions include:

* Support environmental, health, and safety programs.
* Ensure compliance with all Cannabis Control Commission (CCC) requirements, including marketing, inventory, shipping, receiving, applications and requests for information, and transportation of products and money.
* Conduct internal and external audits.
* Work with various departments in creation and maintenance of, and compliance with, company standard operating procedures.
* Support inventory reconciliation and tracking within METRC database.

Qualified candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and 2-4 years’ legal compliance, auditing, paralegal, or quality assurance experience. Knowledge of Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission requirements is required. Supervisory experience is a plus.

This position may be located in Lee or Holyoke, but regular travel to all of our sites in western Massachusetts is expected.
