Qualifications

  • Sales background required
  • Deep understanding of products being sold
  • Needs to be familiar with compliance systems and understand the importance of tracking inventory.
  • Must be highly detail oriented and organized
  • Must be able to take orders and to delegate them as necessary


Responsibilities - Full oversight of all sales and purchases 

  • Builds and maintains relationships with purchasers utilizing the following:
  •  Existing relationships
  • Cold calling
  • Emailing
  • Face to face visits
  • Business lunches
  • Delivering samples of finished products
  • Receiving and organizing contact information
  • Negotiates sales of the goods produced by the company
  • Always attempts to achieve the best possible outcome
  • Facilitates the gathering of all necessary information for a B2B transaction and relays it to the Operations Manager. Including:
  • Email, address, and phone number 
  • Copy of AZDHS license
  • TPT
  • Coordinates the delivery or pickup of finished products
  • Can legally and properly operate the company vehicle 
  • Staff Management
  • Supervise 1-2 Sales Associates
  • Manage and train on proper compliance and account management techniques as outlined in the SOP
  • Sign off on all work completed
  • Supervise Promotional Team at in-store and large events
  • Manage Compliance
  • Must obtain full understanding of the Dutchie compliance system
  • Ensures all proper documentation is filled out in accordance with the Policies & Procedures in regards to transferring product from one licensed facility to another
  • Will assist in performing inventory audits
  • Will be able to properly dispose of and record waste according to the SOP
  • Test Samples
  • If required, will be responsible for taking samples to the testing lab according to the SOP


*All Managers must follow all of the rules and regulations set forth by the company, the license holder and AZDHS. They will also be held responsible to enforce these rules to their direct team and to all other staff members.


Compensation:

  • Competitive Base Salary + Commissions (D.O.E)

This individual will ensure compliance with applicable legislation while promoting best practices across all Canopy sites.
