  • Responsible for creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Single Point Lesson Plans (SPLs).
  • Responsible for creating product specifications and certificate of analysis (COAs)
  • Responsible for coming up with and adhering to quality control processes for the production and packaging of Heritage Hemp products
  • Responsible for submitting 3rd party lab samples for the plants, raw material and for finished goods
  • Responsible for organizing, tracking and filing all COAs of raw ingredients and finished goods
  • Responsible for tracking and organizing ingredient documentation
  • Ensure employees are following correct recipe guidelines and food safety standards
  • Submit products for accelerated shelf life testing and conduct in-house shelf life testing
  • Perform inspections on products
  • Responsible for equipment calibration and documentation
