The most essential functions of the Compliance Manager is to oversee the compliance program which includes compliance auditing, monitoring regulatory changes, and ensuring policies and procedures meet regulatory requirements. Additionally, this position will play a pivotal role in exploring and establishing a cannabis banking compliance program.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a compliance, law, or financial institution position. Research, auditing, and analysis are important skills for the Compliance Manager.
