The Following Basic Cannabis Consultant Duties will also be expected of the Store Manager as they will be working within the store during shifts sometimes alone or with double coverage. Turning a frustrated customer into a happy customer, while adhering to company policies, requires a combination of empathy and tact. Process exchanges and refunds in accordance with company policies and procedures. Report information about any side effects experienced by customers to the Area Manager &amp; Regional Manager. Maintain the appearance, cleanliness and presentation of the store, products, signage and displays. Organize product displays and back stock products. Keep careful eye on customers to avoid thefts. Keep track of inventory. Enthusiastically introduce promotions and opportunities to customers, and cross-sell products to increase customer purchases. Answer customer emails and incoming phone calls.
