The Senior Analyst, Investor Relations (IR) team is a critical part of Parallel's Finance organization, supporting the Board and Executive Leadership team in optimally positioning the Company to create shareholder value and drive the achievement of strategic priorities. The primary goal of this role is to educate and update shareholders and analysts about the strategic direction and financial results of Parallel. IR is an extremely important group within Parallel with a high degree of autonomy, responsibility, and visibility to executive leadership and public investors.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Performing valuation and analytical exercises for Parallel and its competitors in support of senior management and the Executive Leadership team
  • Developing materials for shareholder meetings, financial conferences, and earnings releases
  • Supporting the quarterly earnings process through maintaining a database of key business metrics, monitoring consensus estimates, producing prep documents for senior management, managing earnings call logistics and performing post-earnings analysis and summaries
  • Driving competitive analysis on a monthly basis, including keeping track of financial results, strategy, and research for Parallel and its peers
  • Reporting on market performance, economic developments, regulatory issues and other public market information
  • Monitoring shareholder information, including changes in ownership at both the institutional and fund levels, and own and maintain relationship management database
  • Performing other related duties as requested

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU'LL BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required
  • 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in Financial Services and/or Investor Relations
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Ability to clearly communicate to senior internal and external audiences
  • Adeptness to deliver in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple, conflicting demands
  • Good judgement and unwavering ethics
  • Age 21 or over (Required)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
  • Valid Government-Issued Photo ID (Required)

This includes EBITDA reporting, data and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, financial modelling, and capital structuring.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p>• Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and maintain detailed financial models to provide cadenced, accurate and driver-based and trend-based top-down forecasting. This entails integrating demand-supply balancing, patient churn modelling and a strong understanding of pro forma financial statements. (Income Statement / Balance Sheet/ Cash Flow).</p><p>• Financial Reporting: Create monthly and quarterly reporting tools and dashboards to inform stakeholders of financial performance, KPIs and headcount metrics.</p><p>• Ad hoc analysis: Conduct what-if and scenario analysis on strategic and tactical decisions contemplated by senior management. (i.e product launches, pricing decisions, expansion and diligence related to M&amp;A or capital structuring).</p><p>• P&amp;L Management: Review key financial line items to identify cost minimization and sales optimization opportunities.</p><p>• Business Process Improvement: Spearhead internal process improvements and execute on automation opportunities that can scale with the growing business.</p><p>• ERP Implementation: Represent the FP&amp;A team during an ERP evaluation and implementation.
