JOB SUMMARY

  • Manage the compensation survey submission process.
  • Administer annual compensation processes including but not limited to bonus and merit cycles.
  • Perform research and analysis on market pricing and pay compliance matters.
  • Assist in job evaluations to provide recommendations on FLSA status, internal equity, and market alignment.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and business stakeholders on job evaluations and pay recommendations for new hires and incumbents.
  • Assist in HR projects from a compensation perspective—such as merger and acquisitions.
  • Assist in equity program administration.
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business Management, or equivalent work experience
  • 3 – 5 years of demonstrated compensation analysis experience with extensive experience in the discipline of market pricing, benchmarking and job evaluation highly desirable
  • Ability to communicate both simple and complex financial information to a wide audience in both written and oral form.
  • Experience with an HRIS system (ADP, Ultimate Software, Ceridian, Workday)
  • Strong Excel skills required
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and computation skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines, manage time, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate flexibility with changing priorities.

The Treasury Analyst will be responsible for assisting with cash and risk management and cultivating banking relationships.
