As Product Manager, youll be a core member of the team that is critical to our mission of creating the highest quality medicine that changes peoples lives. In this role, you will own the product mix plan including line development and extensions, and youll be responsible for ensuring that mix produces exceptional business results.

You will continuously develop and improve our product strategy, create product and category requirements, set product definition including quality and cost targets, and drive profitable growth. To make it happen, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams from operations, marketing and sales to create and deliver exceptional products to market.

Continuously develop, improve and execute a product strategy that ensures the product roadmap is optimized to deliver exceptional business results.

Conduct business performance analysis, including revenue, volume, product margin, and product mix gap analysis versus competition.

Support and implement a strategy for executing a multi-season new product development and launch cadence.

Maintain expertise in cannabis market landscape including patient needs, industry trends, competition and brand position.

Gather feedback and insights from the medical community and existing/potential patients to inform existing and future products.

Possess strong business acumen through a working knowledge of how the larger business operates, including regular collaboration with departments across the business.

Use your competence in finance to develop recommendations for product pricing based off product contribution and targets, product forecasts and how those contribute to the greater product line and category.

Serve as the product champion and expert by demonstrating and articulating product benefits, training staff, and supporting the sales and marketing teams through all forms of media.

Lead and motivate cross-functional teams (without direct supervision) to bring products to market on time, on budget and at the quality that has made Texas Original Compassionate Cultivation the gold-standard for cannabis in Texas.

The Assistant Manager provides support to all Wellness Advisors which includes: scheduling, training, providing policy and procedure updates, keeping updated with industry news and product information.
