About us

PCT develops, produces, and markets innovative solutions for plant tissue culture operations globally. Our well-researched, certified, and trusted products and services keep cultures healthy. In 1995, PCT developed a comprehensive, anti-contamination solution called Plant Preservative Mixture (PPM™), which is the flagship antimicrobial solution for tissue culture labs worldwide. Since then, we’ve been a leader in the plant tissue culture industry, gaining global trust and increasing the accessibility of tissue culture. Recently, under the leadership of the VP of Sales and Business Development, Yoni Kalin, PCT expanded from being solely a product-based company to offering consulting services, namely 1-on-1 tissue culture training for cannabis growers. Cannabis positively impacts the lives of millions and PCT is committed to assisting growers in providing relief to many by teaching tissue culture protocols, techniques, and lab operations. A cutting-edge company experiencing great growth, PCT tripled revenue and doubled profit from 2017 to 2021 YTD. A small, but mighty team, PCT is continuing to make waves in the tissue culture industry and hopes to hire a strategic communication professional who will harness the power of digital marketing and help PCT continue its growth and expansion. The vision is that this hire grows with the company and can eventually form a communications team around them.

REPORTS TO: Director of Operations

APPLICATION PROCESS: Candidates will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

Hangouts) will be employed with a strong possibility of being flown out to the office at least once a year for face-to-face team building.
