Our client, a fast-growing cannabis healthcare platform company is searching for an experienced Growth Marketer with a proven track record of being a growth hacker, ideally in a startup environment in CPG , healthcare, or cannabis industries.

This role is 100% remote with flexibility and can live anywhere in the US

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop processes that advance the growth of the company by testing new features, channels, and creative ideas.

• Create a proof of principle for new channels as they show ROI.

• Drive marketing campaigns utilizing numerous digital and offline channels, and develop a duplicable framework for initiating new markets.

• Repeatedly test new creatives, copy, frequencies other aspects of how we engage with customers to improve funnel conversion and improve referrals

• Support implementation of new systems to constantly learn more about our customers, product, and channels

• Work cross-functionally with design, marketing, and engineering teams

• Serve as the champion of growth, idea creation, and data collector

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years experience in a marketing role at software, or e-commerce startups

• 3+ years working within a cross-functional team environment that interacts with design, marketing, and engineering teams

• Captivating communication skills, written and oral

• Comfortable working in 100% remote environment

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Highly organized and detail oriented

Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 plus full benefits

The Product Marketing Lead will help shape go-to-market strategies for existing and upcoming products in the roadmap, working alongside the Content Lead, Demand Gen Specialist, Social Media Manager and Marketing Coordinator.</p><p>You are an individual who is passionate about hemp and cannabis, and highly knowledgeable about cultivation methods. You will provide science-backed professional review and feedback on cultivation-specific content for all audience-facing outlets such as blogs, whitepapers, video, social media, and beyond.
