ElleVet was the first company of its kind to complete pharmacokinetic, safety and efficacy clinical studies for dogs, conducted at Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine. ElleVet is the leader in cannabinoid research and evidence-based products for pets and is currently conducting more than 30 R&D projects / clinical studies at leading universities and referral centers. SUMMARY
The Product Manager will provide product vision & strategy for new and existing products, develop new ideas based on industry experience and insight from customers, thought leaders, and the market. Responsible for product management execution throughout the product lifecycle, including conducting research, creating, and aligning product strategy with corporate strategy, defining the product roadmap, value creation, go-to-market strategies, competitor assessment and engagement. Works across functions to formulate and execute targeted initiatives to increase profitability and market share. In addition, measures the effects of these activities and using metrics to feed back into the process.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Set the short- and long-term vision and strategy for the product portfolio, including strategic growth roadmap.
  • Defines objectives to gain market share and maximize profitability and executes plans to make those objectives achievable.
  • Prepares and presents future project proposals, highlighting how new business opportunities expecting to promote sustainable business growth.
  • Drive go-to-market and commercialization strategies for new products including develop and execution of product launches.
  • Develop effective marketing campaigns that reach the largest target audience possible (B2C and B2B).
  • Conduct and lead customer interactions to showcase products, talk about future direction and gather feedback.
  • Participate in conferences, webinars, and trade shows with our existing and potential customers.
  • Develop pricing strategies through a clear understanding of product profitability, customer needs, and competitive environment to support pricing targets for revenue growth.
  • Drive the collection and analysis of competitive intelligence and measurement of market share; conduct primary market research to support business development opportunities.
  • Create a clear understanding of the current and future market direction, needs, and potential receptivity to existing and new products, and incorporate this understanding into strategy and tactical product plans.
  • Active participation in R&D discussions as well as collaborating with external marketing partners.
