AgriScience Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care and Operations Manager. As our Customer Care candidate you will be a primary contact with our customers. As the Operations manager you will be responsible for many of the non-laboratory tasks. This is an excellent position to get to know many of the producers in Colorado, to learn the business side of a cannabis lab, and to work in a highly motivated team.

Daily Tasks:

- Solve problems for customers. This might be scheduling transport pickups, investigating testing results, explaining regulatory requirements, or providing our lab requirements for samples.

- Order supplies for both laboratory and operational needs.

- Communicate with vendors and schedule building maintenance and repair.

- Schedule transport routes daily.

- Maintain a working understanding of current Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) and Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) rules and regulations

- Manage supplies relevant to your position

Education/Behavioral Skills:

- Minimum of an associate’s degree from an accredited university. Bachelor degree preferred with some business background.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Capability of getting a MED badge. Current badge preferred.

- METRC and MED regulatory knowledge a plus.

- Organize and communicate effectively

- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations

- Good technology acumen.

- Strong desire to learn and advance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
