We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative (1099) to join our team! The Sales Representative will be responsible for achieving organizational objectives and sales metrics as provided by the Business Development Manager and National Sales Director. You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.

• Prospect and contact potential customers.

• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline.

You have experience developing and implementing sales strategies using a variety of tactics and tools to achieve results.</p><p><b>KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES </b></p><p>· Partner with and support your customers, providing the best solutions for their business.</p><p>· Generate business opportunities through existing relationships and professional networking.</p><ul><li>Spend 50-70% of your time in the field to ensure sufficient personalized interactions to enhance business/customer relationships.</li></ul><ul><li>Understand business partner and customer demands and craft a sales and marketing strategy to cater to their specific needs.</li></ul><ul><li>Bring several ideas, solutions and options for consideration when addressing issues, problems, negotiation requests, etc.</li></ul><ul><li>Understand the target customer and educate buyers on how company products best serve that customer.</li></ul><ul><li>Utilize data and/or sales reporting analytics to help craft sales strategy and tactics.</li></ul><ul><li>Possess in depth knowledge of products, along with the ability to educate buyers, customers, business partners and direct reports on the nuances and specifics of offerings.</li></ul><ul><li>Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives.</li></ul><ul><li>Educate pharmacy techs, pharmacists, buyers, and customers on product offerings.</li></ul><ul><li>Create and participate in demos and events to promote products.</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with Marketing to support sales activities.</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor product and industry trends, propose ideas, and adjust processes accordingly.</li></ul><ul><li>Identify competition and potential opportunities and work proactively to grow and maintain shelf space.</li></ul><ul><li>Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.</li></ul><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.</li></ul><p><b>POSITION REQUIREMENTS: </b></p><p>· Must be at least 21 years of age.</p><p>· Must pass local, state, and federal background check.</p><p><b>EOE STATEMENT: </b></p><p>Wellcana is an equal employment opportunity employer.
