We are seeking an experienced Sales Representatives to join our Hemp CBD sales team. As a full-time Sales Representative, you will be responsible for using your knowledge of our products to connect with potential customers and generate sales and being the face of our brand to our valued customers. This position is a gateway to several other career opportunities with our firm and within the sales department. This is a great opportunity for entry-level candidates, recent graduates, and entrepreneurs exploring a career in sales and account management alike to develop communication skills, negotiation tactics, and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails
  • Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention
  • Utilize CRM to maintain a record of all activity
  • Be knowledgeable about the products and answer questions about the products

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales is preferred
  • Great organizational and time management skills
  • Strong verbal communication and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Ambitious, self-motivated with a strong sense of integrity
  • Able to work independently and have strong follow-through
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle to travel to customers on a daily basis.
