Hibuzz Cannabis is seeking a Personal Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. You will be working directly with the CEO of the company assisting in his functions on a daily basis.


  • Plan and schedule appointments
  • Alleviate management's day to day tasks
  • Organize the CEO's meetings and appointments
  • Answer CEO's email correspondences
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems including invoices and receipts for accounting purposes
  • Process reports on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Conduct research on products
  • Manage staff scheduling and payroll
  • Perform office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming emails, and other correspondence
  • Submit payments on behalf of CEO
  • Adhere to regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.
  • Act as assistant manager when CEO is not in store
  • Interact with supervisors for any related customer issues
  • Submit returns to OCS
  • Submit online refunds on behalf of the supervisors
  • Upload PO's for added inventories


  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be VERY tech savvy and able to work with various softwares
  • Must be expert in Microsoft Office

Evening and weekend work may be required on occasion.</p><p>Essential Functions and Deliverables:</p><ul><li>Ensure effective ongoing operations of the CEO's schedule, ability to multitask, think proactively, and anticipate the needs of the CEO.</li><li>Handles/manipulates heavy calendar to include travel, scheduling daily meetings, senior management requests, retailer meetings, and committee meetings. Proactively manage meeting scheduling and logistics, set conference/video calls involving multiple time zones. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.</p><p>Required Education and Experience:</p><ul><li>BA or BS degree preferred</li><li>2-3 Years of prior administrative experience to C-Level executives is preferred.</li><li>Self-starter, driven, ability to work independently and collaborate successfully across multiple departments</li><li>Superior problem solving and analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative)</li><li>Intermediate to advanced knowledge of GSuite and Microsoft Applications as well as the ability and desire to learn and understand new systems.</li></ul><p>Expected Hours of Work/ Place of Work:</p><p>As a general rule office hours are 9 am - 5pm. This is a full time, non-exempt role. Occasional Nights, Evenings, Weekend and Holiday may be required as business needs demand.
