Yes, we still bill by the hour, but we don't allow our lives or practice to be beholden to the billable hour.
If you practice trial law, you know what we mean when we say we reached that point where we thought the only way through was to break up with our litigation careers. Each of us at Viridian started in firms with reputations for insane billable hours and aggressive trial lawyers. We loved our colleagues, enjoyed the work, but we sacrificed so much every single day.
We took the leap and jumped to launch our boutique cannabis firm in 2019, and will never look back. We now work with a dedicated team and wonderful team who is helping grow our practice, and our whole team is committed to finding YOU and convincing you to take a leap to the wonderful environment of a boutique.
You will have a dedicated team who wants to work along-side you and see you succeed, because building a diverse team of good humans who are also badass lawyers is our dream.
We are parents, we are sons/daughters, we are human beings with hobbies and passions, who also love to practice together as a team. No doubt, if you like what you do as a litigator, you love to win--and we do too! But we seek a career with purpose and satisfaction above all else.
Come find us, even if just for a conversation...and maybe, just maybe we can begin a great journey together!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year

Benefits:

Flexible schedule

Health insurance

Paid time off

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

Bonus pay

Work Location: Remote

","company":{"name":"Viridian Legal Services, PLLC"},"location":{"address":"Remote"},"frontendLink":"/job-posting/viridian-legal-services-pllc/senior-commercial-litigation-attorney/f014d602c0c76613f36fe8962df81a89","title":"Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney","category":"Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services","hash":"f014d602c0c76613f36fe8962df81a89","postingUrl":"https://www.indeed.com/job/senior-commercial-litigation-attorney-7eed1f39ce2ea6a7","timestamp":1653139946120},{"employmentType":"Full-time","function":["Human Resources"],"postedOn":"6 days ago","description":"

Company Overview

Recently named one of Entrepreneur magazine's Top 100 Cannabis Leaders, Cresco Labs is one of the largest vertically-integrated multi-state cannabis operators in the United States.
