As a Human Resources Generalist, you will.

Act as main point of contact for corporate business groups, advising HR best practices as it relates to recruitment & selection, employee relations, performance and change management Execute all stages of the recruitment life cycle:

partnering with our hiring leads to deeply understand their requirements, crafting attractive job descriptions, attracting A-player candidates, preparing all offers of employment, completing reference checks, and negotiating and presenting offers to successful candidates Managing the recruitment funnel and developing a talent pipeline of qualified candidates in advance of need Attending career fairs and developing working relationships with colleges/universities for recruiting and employer brand recognition Maintaining all relevant applicant and interview records in accordance with our policy and regulations Creatively finding new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting Provide best in class service to the organization in support of HR management Proactively collaborate with team Managers to identify and plan for human resource needs to meet short and long-term business requirements Ensure the efficient operations of the HR team by coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities such as facilitation of New Hire Orientation as needed Provide consultation and advice to Managers on a variety of employee relations and human resource issues Support the execution of human resource guidelines, policies and procedures that adhere to applicable legislation, regulations, etc.

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the daily operations of the HR team Contribute to the continuous improvement and roll out of HR programs and services Networking with industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employees Other duties as required.

Good understanding and knowledge of human resources principles, best practices, and applicable HR legislation Proficiency with computer and computer applications including experience with HRIS (SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Keen attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and be flexible to manage changing priorities on short notice Work effectively in an environment where professionalism, high degree of confidentiality, and sensitivity are of primary importance Customer service orientated with proven ability to foster connections by putting people first and building trusting, effective relationships Capable of handling change in a growing company and working from the ground up on systems and processes Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to take initiative, who is comfortable working independently and with a team An Experienced, Talented, & Self-Motivated Recruiter Who Is Driven by Results Performs Well in a High-Volume Environment Bonus points if you have..
