Job Description

Our client has the largest indoor cannabis cultivation facilities in Quebec and produces indoor-grown cannabis and cannabis-derived products for the Quebec and Canadian markets.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Under the authority of the Supply Chain Manager, the Procurement and Logistics Coordinator coordinates sourcing management and the proper functioning of logistics.

Responsibilities:

Make purchases from suppliers Determine the availability of items requested Ensure cost, delivery time and specifications are met Create and update purchase requisitions to LES Ensure that all steps of the procurement process are followed Generate the various inventory reports Input data to the ERP at the level of items in inventory Follow up with clients and suppliers on invoices and bids Support the management of day-to-day relationships with external partners Respond effectively to requests from internal and external clients Plan the transport of the goods with the various business partners Qualifications: Completion of a college diploma in Supply Management or a combination thereof Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite Good writing and communication skills Bilingualism (English and French) an asset Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 an asset Good judgment and independence Be organized, able to manage priorities and multiple tasks at the same time in a rapidly changing environment Able to interact professionally at all times Be able to meet deadlines.
