POSITION DESCRIPTION

As a face of PLUS, we are looking for someone who is exceptionally personable. This position requires someone who is fearless, analytical and is self-driven to excel. The role will report directly to the Sr. Director of Sales, who will implement sales targets and track account growth. The position will afford a flexible schedule, so long as the rep is able to execute the targeted goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consult accounts on proper merchandising and ordering: Solidify premium shelf space agreements and Consult accounts on appropriate order quantities based on historical sales data and account sales targets

• Conduct staff education trainings

• Work with the PLUS field marketing team to support sales through field activation

• Attend promotional and community events

• Sell and represent PLUS to existing and new retailers in coordination with our distribution partner

• Call on key accounts on an ongoing basis to review our brand program priorities

• Manage and maintain existing accounts

• Develop and maintain an organized list of key accounts in the territory

• Conduct in-person direct sales in his or her sales region

• Track visits and aggregate data from the field

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• At least 21 years old

• California Driver's License and working vehicle

EXPERIENCE

• Team player, ability to work under Director of Sales

• High level of professionalism

• Basic knowledge of cannabis products

• 1-3 years of previous sales experience (pharmaceutical, CPG, alcohol, or cannabis sales is preferred)

• Exemplarily people skills

• Geographical knowledge of the sales region

• Ability to work autonomously

• Great organizational and computer skills

• Business acumen and sharp negotiating skills
