Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Creating actionable reports, dynamic dashboards, metrics for the management team, and ad hoc project analysis
  • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports and recommendations for performance and process improvement
  • Build analytics, KPIs, and business processes, and use performance insights to drive improvements
  • Perform reporting and analysis, bringing insights to the sales and management teams
  • Establish tracking and analysis of key sales and marketing metrics, continuously perform analysis that provides key insights that will move the needle. Understanding of our market across our different products, ability to perform ad hoc analysis requests
  • Continually design, test, and deploy new reports - all with the goal of providing a state-of-the-art reporting environment to serve the needs of our full range of end-users
  • Participate in engaging with teams to provide the most accurate and relevant information to help drive meaningful business decisions
  • Create descriptive and/or predictive models to directly support thought leadership and brand education. Assess and confirm the performance of visualizations, models, and analysis
  • Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
