Position Overview:

Columbia Care, the leading multi-state operator of cannabis in the US is seeking a Corporate Treasury Manager due to our rapid growth. This is a highly visible role as we expand our Finance team based out of our corporate office. This individual will interact daily with our corporate Finance and Accounting team. Working well as a collaborative team member is imperative to success in the role, as is the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment where systems and processes are still being developed and maturing.

Major Areas of Responsibility include:

  • Manage staff of senior treasury analysts
  • Oversee daily treasury operations activities
  • Develop and maintain short/long-term cash forecasts to support liquidity analysis
  • Recommend and participate in the implementation of new banking services and products
  • Establish treasury related analytics, KPI’s, and dashboards for senior management
  • Work with legal and compliance departments for bank compliance reporting
  • Manage employee access to banking systems
  • Assist in development of policies, procedures, operational controls, and standards
  • Ensure compliance with Company’s treasury policies and internal control framework
  • Collaborate with FP&A and Accounting to enhance the legal entity cash forecasting process
  • Identify cost-saving and profit maximizing opportunities related to treasury
  • Assist in ongoing implementation of new programs and services to automate and improve business processes
  • Train treasury analysts on developmental goals in support of the Director, Treasury
  • Special or ad hoc projects

Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA and/or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Treasury with minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience. Cannabis experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills while understanding broader context and implications.
  • Well organized and dependable, strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent and effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Advanced spreadsheet and modeling skills
  • Knowledge of treasury systems (i.e., Banking platforms and treasury workstations)
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years of age

  • This job operates in an office setting and is largely sedentary, requiring the routine use of a computer and other standard office equipment. The ability to lift or move up to 5 pounds, bend, reach, and perform manual tasks may also be required.
