Ascend looking for an experienced data-driven and consumer centric marketer with high energy to drive retail brand strategy and consumer marketing efforts. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for understanding and optimizing the customer journey for the Ascend brands. The Marketing Manager will play a critical function in growing our brand awareness and consumer loyalty for the Ascend Cannabis brand by managing the development, expansion, and evolution of our marketing channels to grow brand awareness, build guest experience, and drive consumer engagement.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES

  • Build the Ascend brand positioning, visual identity, and brand marketing playbook
  • Manage top-of-funnel consumer engagement including (but not limited to) advertising, email, social, search and mobile
  • Support the evolution of our digital consumer experience by creating strategies to drive traffic and sales
  • Support the brand's digital roadmap that accounts for emerging technologies, market dynamics, business needs and guest needs.
  • Develop and execute social media architecture including the monitoring and measurements performance.
  • Responsible for development, management and analysis of all digital advertising including display, paid & organic search, paid social, etc.
  • Co-develop the brand presence on brand's website expression for optimal guest experience
  • Provide thought leadership and support in the evolution and integration of the business's digital infrastructure.
  • Drive decision making based on reporting, analytics, customer insight and platform performance, as well as analyzing cost and effectiveness of initiatives
  • Meet/evaluate and recommend/establish partnerships with other third-party providers in the new- and emerging-channel space for the purpose of advancing business objectives
  • Works cross-functional with our internal and external partners to deliver the best ideas and solutions
  • Partner with Brand and Merchandising team to maintain that all products and messaging on AWHholdings.com is accurate.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to execute banners, custom landing page, and other content needs.
