The Hush Brand Ambassador is responsible for promoting Halo Collective’s products and services. Their duties include, but are not limited to, answering the public’s questions and educating potential clients about our products, attending events and product launches to communicate the value of our products, working closely with our sales and marketing division to achieve its marketing goals and objectives and providing positive feedback about our company using digital platforms. Overall, the Brand Ambassador is the face and voice representing Halo Collective.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Represent Halo collective at product launches, events and trade shows.
  • Distributing swag and promoting the sales of Company’s products.
  • Managing Weedmaps and Leafly updates.
  • Create high quality photos for use on social media platforms, website etc.
  • Creating, sharing and responding to online reviews.
  • Budtender Education
  • Participate in trainings and workshops.
  • Develop social media strategies to include constantly changing metrics and responses to client/customer engagements.
  • Create and maintain social media content/stories.
  • Building relationships with influencers, journalists and media outlets.
  • Engage with customers, answer customer inquiries and educate clients on our products.
  • Providing high quality customer service.
  • Educate vendors and distributors about our products.
  • Develop product marketing campaigns and strategies with the sales and marketing staff.
  • Maintain confidence and connect with a diverse spectrum of clients and customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and complete sales.
  • Track and measure conversion rates, engagements and other key metrics for campaigns; adjust as needed to maintain high conversion rates.
  • Monitor online comments/feedback and respond or escalate to the Marketing department.
  • Create website content to attract new clients, while growing our expertise in our social media spaces.
  • Assist clients/vendors by creating social media accounts and providing content as needed.
  • Maintain a positive image of the brand at all times.

GENERAL & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
  • Familiarizing yourself with the company’s mission, vision, and goals.
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools (i.e. Instagram, snapchat etc).
  • Strong presence on social media.
  • Experience developing online content.
  • Must be punctual and highly detail oriented.
  • Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Available to work evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Be able to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Use hand dexterity for extended periods of time.
  • Be able to lift 50 pounds comfortably.
  • Be able to squat, kneel, twist, and bend comfortably.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 21 years of age or older.
  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • Cannabis Industry experience preferred.
  • Prior experience as brand ambassador/similar role or in a customer service environment strongly desired.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High quality photography ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $28.85 per hour
