Brand Ambassador in Redding for Legal Cannabis Company
BRAND AMBASSADOR BRIEF
MPlant Productions DBA Cannabistry is looking for a small group of top tier Brand Ambassadors to be the face of our company. If you enjoy communicating with customers and exude a positive and outgoing personality, we would like to meet you.

To be a successful Brand Ambassador you will need to attend in store demos and events to showcase our portfolio brands. You should enjoy building authentic relationships, with the ability to increase our brands awareness and generate sales volume and velocity.

REPORTS TO:

- Sr. Marketing Manager, Vivian Wang; Brand Ambassador Manager, Ben Weaver

REQUIREMENTS

- Prior cannabis or budtender experience is preferred o Understanding of cannabis market, product categories and ratio/benefits

- Prior retail sales experience is preferred o Should be able to sell multiple units of products during an activation

- Must be able to adapt quickly and have a self-starter / entrepreneurial mentality
- Must be a team player and forward thinker
- Must have excellent communication skills with professional attitude

MUST BE

- 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Able to store and transport demo kit of equipment and assets
- Able to stand or be mobile for multiple hours without difficulty

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Be able to grasp and communicate our brand story, product knowledge and key messages upon training o Participate in monthly brand refreshers and team meetings to stay up to date
- Build relationships with retailers by executing successful in store PADs o Provide effective brand marketing through education and key messaging to staff and customers o Move product volume and velocity by selling products with support of swag distribution o Support sales team by note taking inventory and merchandising shelves
- Recap metric goals and key practices through Pinata software in timely manner o Manage demo kit inventory, keep items clean and presentable
- Overall, provide a superb brand experience to everyone we meet to ensure growth and success of the company

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
