This position will report directly to the Director of Wholesale.</p><p><b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p><p><b>• Sales Enablement:</b></p><p>• Drive sales through educating and engaging potential buyers/budtenders on the Sira portfolio</p><p>• Educate and increase knowledge of Sira products through on location / virtual training of Budtenders/PAs from retailers that have purchased Sira product.</p><p>• Track and report sales &amp; depletions that occurred during retail driven consumer events.</p><p>• Report back to wholesale team on consumer questions and habits during in store events.</p><p>• Manage POS and SWAG procurement with Brand Manager to ensure par levels are maintained.</p><p>• Ensure all marketing materials are stocked in stores, dummy packaging is provided to all retailer partners, and POS displays are stocked, organized, and professionally presented. (Including Sira Retail Locations)</p><p>• Support sales with content creation and organization</p><p>• Maintain database of image files for internal documents, website, spec sheets, email newsletter and</p><p>• Collaborate with customers’ marketing contacts to ensure Sira products are positioned to win</p><p><b>• Brand Development:</b></p><p>• Work with Sales to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Sira’s portfolio of brands in both the adult-use and medical markets</p><p>• Coordinate brand/product launches with retail events.</p><p>• Organize and represent Sira Naturals at industry events as needed.</p><p>• Assists in fostering a positive work environment, treating everyone with dignity and respect while perpetuating a curiosity for “everything cannabis”.</p><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b></p><p>• Preferred minimum of 1 years’ experience in the cannabis industry with a focus on product knowledge, marketing and communications.</p><p>• Proficient in using Google Docs &amp; Video conferencing platforms – such as Zoom</p><p>• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment</p><p>• Excellent presentation and communication skills</p><p>• Professional demeanor and positive attitude</p><p>• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, &amp; PowerPoint)</p><p>• Reliable transportation, Driver’s license, and clean drivers record</p><p>• Must be 21 years of age or older as required by the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission.</p><p>• Able to pass all background checks as mandated by Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission.</p><p>• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.</p><p><b>PREFERRED EXPERIENCE</b></p><p>• Prior Massachusetts Cannabis Experience preferred or another highly regulated industry</p><p>• Familiarity with Massachusetts adult-use and medical regulations: 935 CMR 500, 501 and 502.00</p><p><b>WORKING CONDITIONS</b></p><p>• This role is based out of our Sales Office in Milford</p><p>• Candidate must be able to work Wednesday through Sunday – Weekends area must!
