The Brand Ambassador reports to the Director of Wholesale. As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent Northeast Alternatives and its brands at our wholesale partners locations, events, and our own locations. The Brand Ambassador is responsible for maintaining and supporting the relationships with store managers and budtenders at our wholesale clients’ stores. In this role, you will interact daily with the target audience, building the value of the brand(s) by creating a unique experience through face-to-face interaction. It will be your responsibility to generate excitement and awareness about products, engage with customers, answer customer queries, distribute marketing materials, train/educate budtenders, and drive sales through conducting product demonstrations and pop-ups.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and conduct in-store product demonstration events (‘Pop Ups’) at wholesale customer store locations.
  • Manage/Track physical marketing assets, and sales/rewards tools.
  • Coordinate and conduct budtender training/product knowledge sessions .
  • Work directly with the Account Executive overseeing the zone(s) you operate in, and develop routes visiting all wholesale customers for pop-ups and trianings.
  • Work directly with the Account Executive to increase sales and SKU selection while on-site condusting pop-ups and trainings.
  • Meet and exceed KPI targets set by the Wholesale Director and Account Executive.
  • Coordinate and conduct product feedback surveys.
  • Be informed of market conditions, product/marketing innovations, and competitors' products.
  • Other duties as needed or assigned.

Additional Requirements:

  • Brand Ambassador 1+ years (Preferred).
  • Budtender/ Cannabis: 1+ years (Preferred).
  • Full time role, must work evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to stand for 7–8-hour.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle with the ability to transport the pop-up table aand materials.
  • Experience in customer service and/or hospitality strongly preferred.
  • Team-oriented work mentality with the ability to be self sufficient.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding and professional communication skills.
  • Must be punctual and highly detail-oriented.
  • Must be able to learn, retain and convey information about the company products.
  • Must be outgoing, attentive, and comfortable engaging in conversation with customers and clients.
  • Must have confidence and the ability to connect with a diverse spectrum of clients and customers.
  • Over 21 with the ability to obtain a MA agent registration card.
  • Ability to lift over 35 lbs.
  • Ability to perform the following physical tasks: sitting, standing, stooping, stretching, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, performing repetitive motions, and carrying boxes.
