truBLISS Organics is an Arizona regulated licensed medical marijuana dispensary in Mesa, Arizona. We are bringing a revolutionary vision to the dispensing of cannabis. It is our mission to elevate the patients experience by providing quality organic and conventionally grown cannabis at competitive prices. Our goal is to educate consumers about every part of cannabis (CBD, terpenes, THC and more) for a more full-body experience and sense of well-being. In addition to our cannabis, we will be showcasing products that support health for our patients and their pets. We are not just about getting high. True bliss comes from being healthy and helping others to find their optimums. This is a full-time OVERNIGHT position Sunday-Thursday 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Please do not apply if you cannot work these hours. The overnight inventory will be responsible for managing inventory in an extremely meticulous, high-output work environment. This is a high security facility and inventory is highly scrutinized so it is of utmost importance to strictly adhere to policies set by ADHS and truBLISS management. General Duties and Responsibilities: Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and annual inventory audits to ensure inventory is accurate at all times Update physical inventory in the Treez inventory system Inspect shipments for accuracy and completeness, receive/unpack items as necessary Restock sales floor inventory for the following day Report discrepancies and potential theft to management on a daily basis Ensure facility is organized, efficient, and clean Qualifications: Applicant must be twenty-one (21) years of age; pursuant to A.R.S. 36-2801.10 Applicant must consent to a criminal background check performed by the Company and/or the Arizona Department of Health Services, pursuant to A.R.S. 36-2804.01 Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of the criminal background check conducted by the Arizona Department of Health Services, pursuant to A.R.S. 36-2804.01 and A.R.S. 36-2801.10 High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred but not required Must have reliable transportation At least 1 year of inventory experience Experience working with Microsoft products, especially Excel (we will ask questions to test basic knowledge) Possess extensive attention to detail and organization Excellent written and verbal communication skills Previous experience with Treez, Greenbits, Biotrack, or other cannabis inventory systems is a plus Physical Requirements: Requires long periods of standing Frequent bending, reaching, and crouching Lift up to 50 pounds from the floor to a waist-high table when necessary Occasionally sit on the floor or at floor level DISCLAIMER: This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, skills ,efforts, requirements or working conditions associated with the job.
