The Cultivation Tech completes tasks assigned by the Cultivation Manager and Assistant Cultivation Manager to monitor and maintain the organization, cleanliness, and efficiency of the cultivation area. The Cultivation Tech maintains quality control measures to ensure high-quality product and carries out day-to-day tasks, including preparing plant-work, following routine plant schedules, environmental diagnostics/upkeep, and plant upkeep. The Cultivation Tech must monitor and maintain the cultivation facility in accordance with the State and standards set by the company.</p><p><b>CORE JOB DUTIES</b></p><p>Employee Support</p><ul><li>Assists with tasks associated with cultivation and processing live inventory to maintain a compliant and clean facility.</li><li>Ensures compliance with all laws and regulations regarding agriculture and processing.</li><li>Assists the Cultivation Tech 2 and 3 in coordinating with the management team, to ensure that products are produced in a constant and consistent manner.</li></ul><p>Agriculture Operation</p><ul><li>Become familiar with all cultivation equipment and processes as required by the training provided by Cultivate Holdings LLC.</li><li>Assist employees in properly documenting all required information throughout all Cultivation procedures.</li><li>Assist with inventory audits as required.</li></ul><p>Safety and Security</p><ul><li>Maintain a continuous state of alertness to ensure the highest standards of safety for fellow employees, products, and the facility</li></ul><p><b>REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS</b></p><ul><li>Two years' experience in general production, preferably a regulated field producing for human consumption.</li><li>Knowledge of medical cannabis law, medicinal benefits, and cooking skills. Gardener is responsible for providing on-site cultivation for one or more medical cannabis gardens. Maintain organization, cleanliness and efficiency of production area. Carry out day-to-day plant care including watering, pruning, harvesting and trimming.
