Looking for a beginner or experienced Budtender to fill a part-time position at our Reedsport location. Applicant must have a current OLCC marijuana handlers permit, or have the application in process. Also will be required to obtain a worker permit through the city of Reedsport. We provide on the job training.

This is a Customer Service driven position that requires Cash Handling Experts who thrive in a fast-paced, detail oriented environment.

If you're reliable, friendly, driven to provide and educate customers/patients on cannabis products, and adaptable in customer service situations there is room for growth being involved with a stable and expanding company.

Position start immediately.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour

The Assistant Store Manager is a full-time position responsible for working closely with the Store Manager on the day-to-day operations of the Bud Express Cannabis store based in Toronto.</p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Responsible for managing staff, inventory and customer relations</li></ul><ul><li>Partner with the Store Manager to drive sales and brand awareness</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure staff are engaged and motivated</li></ul><ul><li>Support with overseeing the store architecture and delegating duties accordingly</li></ul><ul><li>Assist in hiring, scheduling and recruitment of team members</li></ul><ul><li>Frequently train and coach the team of retail staff to ensure staff are educated on all products</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure standards for quality, customer service, security and health and safety are met and lead by example</li></ul><ul><li>Support in managing all in-store product and merchandise</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate closely with the Store Manager and offer innovative solutions to build a strong business and culture</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain accurate records of all activities including daily cash reconciliations, inventory, sales</li></ul><ul><li>Drive opportunities to drive results and ensure operational excellence</li></ul><ul><li>Communicate needs and share ideas to the management team in order to continuously improve business operations</li></ul><ul><li>Drive the team to meet sales targets and ensure the business achieves profitability by supporting the Store Manager in controlling costs (labour, supplies, inventory etc.)</li></ul><ul><li>Create relationships with local businesses and participate in community events</li></ul><ul><li>Be a Bud Express ambassador by staying up-to-date with product knowledge, company information, new launches, campaigns and promotions</li></ul><ul><li>Serve as a contact for all staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news and changes in regulation</li></ul><ul><li>Constantly enforce all company policies, programs and standards and ensure compliance to legislative requirements of cannabis retailers, including federal, provincial and municipal legislation</li></ul><ul><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>3-5 years of customer service experience</li></ul><ul><li>1 years of retail management experience</li></ul><ul><li>Minimum high school diploma, college or university diploma preferred</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to drive positive customer experiences</li></ul><ul><li>Strong organization skills and attention to detail</li></ul><ul><li>Strong leadership and communication skills</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to lead by example and show demonstrated leadership and team building skills</li></ul><ul><li>Cannabis, liquor or healthcare experience is preferred</li></ul><ul><li>Passionate about cannabis with proven In-depth knowledge of all cannabis products</li></ul><ul><li>Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify</li></ul><ul><li>Possess good computer skills an asset, specifically with Excel, Word, and COVA POS</li></ul><ul><li>Have a passion for the cannabis industry by showing an interest in evolving cannabis trends, research and information</li></ul><ul><li>CannSell certification required</li></ul><ul><li>Must be 19 years or older as specified by provincial government</li></ul><ul><li>Must be flexible with hours of work and be comfortable with ever changing duties</li></ul><p>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent</p><p>Salary: $45,000.00 per year</p><p>Schedule:</p><ul><li>10 hour shift</li><li>8 hour shift</li><li>Day shift</li><li>Holidays</li><li>Monday to Friday</li><li>Night shift</li><li>Weekends</li></ul><p>Work remotely:</p><ul><li>No</li></ul></div>","company":{"companyType":"Private","name":"Bud Express"},"location":{"country":"Canada","address":"Toronto, ON","city":"Toronto","stateProvince":"ON"},"frontendLink":"/job-posting/bud-express/assistant-store-manager/fcccfb0aa045cad623f60824943ba426","title":"Assistant Store Manager","hash":"fcccfb0aa045cad623f60824943ba426","postingUrl":"https://ca.indeed.com/job/assistant-store-manager-bd822d93eac97c32"},{"employmentType":"Full-time, Part-time, Casual","postedOn":"3 days ago","description":"<div><p><b><i>*NOTE* please also submit your resume to our Facebook @PoCoHemp, thanks: )</i></b></p><p>You must be 19 or older to work here.
