Greetings! We are looking for qualified individuals to join our team! Gnome Grown is currently on the hunt for 1 part time budtender, for our boutique Oregon City location. Our goal is to continually work to de-stigmatize cannabis through an education-based approach, where we strive to show consumers that cannabis can be both medicinal and recreational. A desire to learn, professionalism, and extensive knowledge of cannabis is a must. Candidates must be flexible in their availability and punctual in their attendance.

Duties to include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain a hefty knowledge of cultivars, products, consumption methods, and cannabis culture.
  • Maintain a tidy, safe, and inspiring store experience.
  • Promote a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of vendors, inventory, methods of cannabis cultivation, processing and consumption.
  • Verifying proper paperwork, documentation, and ID for customers.
  • Ensure consistent Store organization and cleanliness.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, it is essential that you represent the industry and Gnome Grown with a compassionate, yet professional demeanor.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Management Team.
  • Product deliveries/intakes.
  • Prepackage bulk weight for sale.

Requirements:

  • 21 years of age or older.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to work morning, evenings, and weekends.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis.
