Liberty Health Sciences is one of the leading manufacturers and distributors of medical cannabis in South Florida with over 34 dispensaries and more being added each month. We are looking for a facilities manager to join our team, this person should be a proactive, self-motivated and responsible individual who can manage the maintenance and upkeep on a store operational level. A multitasker who can take the necessary steps with approved vendors to solve issues, ensuring LHS dispensaries are maintained at the highest standard.

Requirements

• Ensures that all LHS dispensaries are in working order and are maintained according to company policies, procedures and standards.

• Communicate effectively with internal team members and external vendors to ensure that all tasks are performed correctly, efficiently, and effectively.

• Source, vet and manage potential vendors and suppliers across the state to create a statewide list of approved vendors within established budget.

• Resolve all open tickets and coordinate with stores and vendors to resolve issues in a timely manner; avoiding workplace interruptions.

• Perform monthly audits at dispensaries to ensure everything is functioning to company standards at retail level. Generate reports on these audit visits and share with appropriate team.

• Effectively communicate with retail management team about any recommended changes or facility improvements/modifications.

• Work with dispensary teams to achieve such improvements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, construction, electrical, or other suitable field of study is required (3+ years of relevant experience (maintenance & facilities) may substitute for education)

Qualifications:

• Must be able to pass a Level 2 Background (FBI)

• Must have excellent follow-up and tracking skills

• Ability to lift 50lbs

• Have a valid FL driver license and reliable transportation

• Excellent organizational and planning skills

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

• Experience with MS Office, Ticket Request systems, reporting software, etc.

• Reliable and trustworthy

• Monthly travel to dispensaries across the state required; approximately 20% (subject to change as needed).

Most of the trusted brands you’re washing up with are made with detergents, chemicals and tallow, which is just another name for cow fat (umm… gross). Sulfates, artificial detergents and parabens can cause irritation, trigger allergies and have other unpleasant side effects.</p><p>That doesn’t exactly say “refreshing shower” to us. So we set out on a mission to find an alternative. After learning more about commercial soap ingredients, we found ourselves in a bit of a lather about the whole business.</p><p>In 2013, we began experimenting with soap recipes that are safe for your skin and contain ingredients you can actually pronounce. After making a few big messes, we created something wonderful and Buff City Soap was born.</p><p>OUR SOAP MAKERY</p><p>We handcraft each bar of Buff City soap in what we call our Soap Makeries. Each of our locations makes every product sold right there, where you can see exactly what goes into the products you put on your body. It’s a bit of a mad lab stocked with ingredients like rose petals, lavender buds, hemp seed oil, shea butter, charcoal, and tea tree oil. Even our body scrubs are squeaky clean with natural exfoliants like chopped loofah bits, crushed walnut shells, and poppy seeds. What you will never see are artificial detergents, surfactants, dyes, or other harsh chemicals.</p><p>We even have our fragrances manufactured for us to ensure they are free of phthalates, parabens, and formaldehyde containing/forming ingredients. In this role within Canopy Growth Corporation (Spectrum Therapeutics), you will discuss the scientific rationale and provide product information to physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop their knowledge and understanding surrounding medical cannabis as an option for their patients. This is an important role that develops patient treatment options by positioning the use of medical cannabis and Canopy Growth’s Spectrum Cannabis brand as a viable part of the health care solution. This role will report to the National Sales Director, must be willing to travel 40% of the time.<br /><br />Responsibilities<br /><ul><li>Demonstrate and leverage analytical insight, innovative and strategic thinking to deliver value and engage healthcare professionals</li><li>Use educational and promotional materials in meetings with physicians and other healthcare professionals</li><li>Conduct presentations on therapeutic uses, side effects, features, and benefits</li><li>Assist in the identification of key opinion leaders (KOLs) in this new and emerging area</li><li>Organize and execute continuing medical education (CMEs) with key healthcare professionals</li><li>Develop and execute a territory business plan based on analysis of customer needs and opportunities</li><li>Attend sales meetings, conference calls, and training sessions with the management team</li><li>Ensure administrative activities are completed in a timely manner (management of CRM tools, submission of reports)</li><li>Gather and communicate insights from the market and the competitive landscape</li><li>Manage operational budgets</li><li>Travel as required.
