Herbin' Living Smoke Shop is looking for an Assistant Store Manager.

Established in 2017, Herbin' Living is a trendy and up scale smoke shop, with an exclusive outdoor smoking lounge where we often host industry events. We have been voted #1 CBD Store in Miami for the quality and consistency of our products. We are known for our dedication to education, health and wellness through natural organic botanicals and plant medicine. We feature the highest quality and freshest botanical products available; in CBD, Delta-8, Lotus Flower, Kratom, Kava, and more!

"Herbin Living Wellness" is our own in house CBD and botanical brand with a strong online shopping presence; currently in several other smoke shops across South Florida. Along with the botanical aspects of our company, we are one of Miami's busiest and most consistently heavily trafficked smoke shops.

The Assistant Store Manager will be directly under our daytime and nighttime managers. One major responsibility in this position is filling in for the days off of the daytime and nighttime managers. They will be working directly with management to properly manage the staff and maintaining the daily operations of the store. To be successful in this role, you must be a self motivated problem solver with an exemplary example of leadership and an easy sense of teamwork and comradery. You must also be thoughtful and conscientious to the clientele and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive, while ensuring our profits are on the rise. Ultimately, you’ll help our company operate, grow, and thrive.

This position will require an active presence on the floor with the sales team maintaining sales average standards, engaging with clientele, consistent shop upkeep, merchandising, receiving, etc. Where the daytime and nighttime managers are the liaison between the General Manager and the store, the Assistant Store Manager is the liaison between store and management as whole.

If you feel that this is a fit and are interesting in a growing opportunity in a growing industry, than we invite you to look further into our responsibilities and skills required.
