We are looking for a dependable hard worker that has access to reliable transportation with Mon-Fri 8a-430p availability. The job starts at $14/hr, but will be bumped up to $15/hr after successful completion of a 30-90 day probationary period. This will top out after a couple years around $17/hr. Further advancement within the company is available but very limited, and entirely merit based. Health Insurance and dental is available after 90 day probationary period.

No experience is necessary. This is an entry level position, and would make a great first step into the cannabis industry as you will be working within an established and reputable cultivation.

Those with experience are also welcome to apply, especially if you have your applicators license, but understand while we are always open to knowledge sharing, the job must be done according to our established SOPs. Know-it-alls, egos, and bad attitudes need not apply. In addition if you plan on continuing to also work in another cultivation, including a home grow, please do not apply.

Responsibilities

If you will have a problem with being hunched-over scrubbing trays, while getting wet and covered in gunk for a 6-8hr day then this job will be a poor fit. This is agriculture. We are up early and working hard. You will be sorely mistaken if you think this is an easy job. Lastly if you have sensitivities to cannabis, isopropyl alcohol, ozone, hydrogen peroxide, or other cleaning/disinfecting agents this is probably not a good career path for you.

The good news is that while the tough days are guaranteed, we also get much less strenuous days. This job can be physically and even mentally exhausting, but it is not without its perks. For starters getting paid to work out is nice. We also try to have fun. We produce premium quality, pesticide free cannabis with a small staff where every team member is capable of having a significant impact on our success. Our work environment is relaxed and casual but we expect all team members to be self motivated, efficient and hard working. We are looking for a driven individual to assist the head grower with production duties. While previous cannabis growing experience is not necessary, it will be helpful and may lead to faster advancement, acquisition of greater responsibility and higher pay. Basic knowledge of plant anatomy, plant thinning and shaping, cloning, watering, environmental requirements, insect pest and disease scouting, and state compliance issues are keys to success. In some cases, previous experience in these areas can be a setback so we are willing to train the right person. This is an excellent stepping stone for those looking to take on a head grower role in the future but don't have sufficient experience. If you are a newly graduated college horticulture student looking for a great learning environment to gain essential skills in this industry, this is a great opportunity for you.
