Current position is for a full-time or part-time Assistant Grower. We have both a greenhouse and an outdoor grow. We will train you to be a skilled cultivator, no experience necessary. However, applicant must be able to work hard and be reliable. We strive to operate in a very orderly and organized manner and are first and foremost looking for individuals who will follow instructions well and complete their assigned tasks with a high level of quality and thoroughness.

Duties include:

  • Help with the day to day operations of a newly licensed cultivation facility such as watering, trimming, pruning, pest inspections, harvesting, mixing soil, staking, trellis netting, monitoring irrigation equipment, and topping off fertilizer batch tanks, etc.
  • Spray pesticides (late shift that comes with additional compensation)
  • General maintenance such as pulling weeds, fence repair, setup plant bedding & tables, and minor construction.
  • Taking clones, transplanting, up-potting, topping, defoliating, performing inspections on plants, observing bugs under a microscope.
  • Complete an electronic checklist daily and report to the master grower.
  • Report to master grower when finished with assigned task to be given your next responsibility.

Requirements:

  • Applicant must be able to get a MED badge after hire (no felonies).
  • Over 21 years old.
  • Have a reliable vehicle with a valid drivers license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
