Assistant Cure Lead Department: Cultivation Reports to: Cure Manager Location: Madison, FL Role Summary: The Assistant Cure Lead assists in ensuring daily functions of the department are being performed correctly and efficiently while confirming accuracy and quality throughout the Curing process. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Verify that all employees are aware and adhere to the company's Uniform and Attendance policies. Assist the Cure Lead with daily team meetings to go over all tasks to be completed for the day Ensure that the work area is kept clean on a daily basis Reporting any issues or updates on a daily basis directly to Cure Lead and Cure Manager Conduct flower intake forms pertaining to incoming deliveries throughout the day from various departments and sites Assist in verification of daily inventory checks with Cure Lead to ensure associated internal and external audits are performed with ease and accuracy Assist in ensuring that all flower transfers are properly executed per week, and that each flower batch is transferred to the appropriate pipeline and destination in a timely manner Conduct moisture testing in real time and complete all associated logs are updated daily Make sure tools and equipment are maintained, cleaned and calibrated as needed Ability to assist in the verification that all necessary sample testing is conducted on a daily basis Ability to assist in effectively and accurately read transport manifests for incoming flower deliveries Ability to assist in physically verify each flower batch to ensure the utmost quality while adhering to specifications set by QA department All other duties as assigned ?
