Cannabis Cured cultivation team is looking to hire a full time cultivation assistant to increase the existing industry leading team’s success and continue to deliver exceptional product to our medicinal and recreational customers.

Job Position Duties and Responsibilities:

· Monitoring environmental factors to maximize production and prevent failures

· Responsible for the daily care of our crop from seed to harvest

· Preparing and loading tables according to standard operating procedures

· Works under the direction of the Head Grower

· Producing the highest quality medicine/ product

· Maintaining and cleaning all equipment and materials

· Comply with all company policies, safety procedures, and State of Maine rules and regulations

Qualifications

· Must be 21 years of age and able to pass a background check per industry requirement

· 1 year in the cannabis industry, botany, or horticulture (required)

· Must be a Maine Resident

· High School or GED

· Requires standard math skills such as measuring, inventory, projections, etc.

· Physical ability needed for standing extended periods, walking, lifting, and bending.

Know-it-alls, egos, and bad attitudes need not apply. In addition if you plan on continuing to also work in another cultivation, including a home grow, please do not apply.</p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><p>If you will have a problem with being hunched-over scrubbing trays, while getting wet and covered in gunk for a 6-8hr day then this job will be a poor fit. Generally we have no problem getting done in an 8hr (or less) day, but sometimes you may be asked to stay till the job is finished.Just because you are \"totally passionate about cannabis\" doesn't make this a good job for you. This is agriculture. We are up early and working hard. You will be sorely mistaken if you think this is an easy job.
