We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and driven Data Analyst to join the Team and support the Business Intelligence Department. Successful candidates will turn data into information, and information into insight. Responsibilities include conducting lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities and design; developing analysis and reporting capabilities for the business.

Specifically, this position will:

  • interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
  • develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
  • acquire data from primary and secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems; review and source data for entry
  • identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in data sets
  • filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems; reconcile data reports and results
  • enter data, including key performance indicators, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • maintain data integrity and database systems
  • monitor performance and quality control to identify improvements
  • create and review specialized reports and presentations
