Enerhealth is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team!

Job Responsibilities:

· Professionally answer and respond promptly to incoming inquiries from customers.

· Familiarizing yourself with essential details of our products and services.

· Educate customers on products and assist with their purchasing decisions. This will include asking questions to help identify the customer’s needs.

· Place new orders accurately.

· Provide customer support in solving problems.

· Effective communication with other departments.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Enjoys helping and interacting with other people; always friendly and courteous.

· Pleasant and upbeat professional, positive demeanor.

· Possesses critical thinking and issue resolving skills.

· Sales oriented.

· Flexible to changing duties with work demands.

· Ability to multi-task

· Detailed and organized.

Requirements:

· High School Diploma.

· Quick learner.

· Self-starter with a strong work ethic.
