Our client, a vertically integrated cannabis multi-state operator, is seeking a Network Administrator to join their rapidly growing IT team in Florida.

This role is a critical addition to their team and will require a candidate who is an independent, data driven critical thinker.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install / configure all equipment required to open a new store

• Install and support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.

• Install and maintain network hardware and software.

• Analyze and isolate issues.

• Monitor networks to ensure security and availability to specific users.

• Evaluate and modify system's performance.

• Identify userneeds.

• Determine network andsystem requirements.

• Maintain integrity of the network, server deployment, and security.

• Ensure network connectivity throughout a company's LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations.

• Design and deploy networks.

• Perform network addressassignment.

• Assign routing protocols and routing table configuration.

• Assign configuration of authentication and authorization of directoryservices.

• Maintain network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers.

• Maintain network servers such as file servers, VPN gateways, intrusion detection systems.

• Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, personal digital assistants, smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches.

Education and Require Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Informational Technology, Computer Science or related field experience required

• Minimum three years of experience as a Network Administrator in a high-growth and fast-paced environment.

• Fundamental knowledge of networking concepts

• Proven network engineering, network operations, and network performance analysisskills

• Hands-on technical troubleshooting capabilities

• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision

• Knowledge of computing infrastructures

• Familiarity with server management and monitoring tools

• Exceptional critical thinking and problem solving ability

• Proficiency with scripting languages

• Strong interpersonal skills to assist non-technical individuals with complex technical issues

• Knowledge of MS Azure Networking and System management

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office365 Administration

• Proficiency in Cisco Meraki Firewall and Access

Points

• Strong knowledge on Firewalls, managed Routers, VLAN Traffic Shapieng

• Familiarity with Cisco ISE and centralized wireless managementa plus.

• Ability to multi-task and can handle frequent interruptions

• Available after hours as necessary for system/network related issues; nights and weekends.

• Expect travel 30%

Compensation: $90,000 plus benefits
