Accurately record all non-inventory accounts payable invoices dailyEnsure proper payment terms are used to help manage cash and discountsProcess payment requests and expense reports twice a weekManage vendor file integrityReview and reconcile invoice discrepanciesRespond to all AP information inquiries, internal and externalRecord credit card bills and reconcile to credit card statementRecord all employee reimbursement requestsTrack receipts for debit card purchases and reimbursement expendituresTrack accounts payable aging and communicate any urgencies to managementAssist with daily cash reporting and monthly accounting closeAssist with maintaining daily cash reconciliationsOther duties as assignedQualifications may include, but are not limited to, the following:
