Description:
The contract recruiter will be responsible for partnering with the leadership team to identify, attract, and hire the right talent. This role will be able to effectively work in a fast-paced and growing environment, develop and execute hiring strategies in line with company growth. This opportunity is remote and will be paid on a per hire basis

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, job specifications, duties and responsibilities, competencies, qualifications, and skills
  • Develop and maintain all job descriptions and job postings; execute all required job postings promptly
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to identify and source qualified candidates
  • Initiate and maintain contact with qualified candidates for specific job openings throughout the recruitment and hiring process
  • Review and coordinate candidate applications, conduct phone interviews
  • Provide guidance, coaching training, and reference information/materials to hiring managers in preparation for applicant interviews
  • Arrange travel and lodging for out-of-town applicants, and perform reference checks and employment verification
  • Deliver top-notch candidate experience
  • Drive offer approval, extension, and negotiation
  • Be a brand ambassador for the building and maintaining of Jackson Healthcare’s employment brand
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of corporate and agency recruiting experience in a fast-paced and high-volume organization within multiple industries such as finance and retail, cannabis preferred
  • Track record of effective sourcing strategies for difficult to fill roles
  • Strong understanding of the full life-cycle process and ability to implement a clearly defined and effective strategy
  • Communicate, interact, influence, and negotiate with teams, hiring managers, and candidates
  • Strong team player who can contribute to the team's overall success and has a "do what it takes" attitude

The Pharmacist position offers exceptional customer service to all patients and provides consultations to better understand patients’ medical cannabis needs. As a Pharmacist you will be the product expert on-site and must provide a positive and customer centric experience for all patients.</p><p>We have full time and part time positions supporting our Harrisburg, York, and Philadelphia, PA locations.</p><p>Core Job Duties</p><ul><li>Check patient certifications via the online portal</li><li>Review patient’s physician recommendations and dispense medical cannabis medication</li><li>Provide individualized patient consultations to determine the best program alongside the physician’s recommendation</li><li>Maintain control of the inventory and rotates the medicine as needed.</li><li>Review and submit the prescription state monitoring program</li><li>Record the removal of damaged and outdated medicine (Greenwaste)</li><li>Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations</li><li>Work closely with the Management staff to ensure accurate inventory logs</li><li>Support leadership during any schedule or unscheduled audits when necessary</li></ul><p>Required Experience, Education and Skills</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD. (Licensed without restrictions)</li><li>2 -5 years’ experience</li><li>Strong Customer Service Skills</li><li>Eager to learn and understand cannabinoids and how they interact with the human body</li><li>Ability to work effectively with employees, management, patients, governmental agencies, community members and the general public</li></ul><p>Preferred Qualifications</p><ul><li>Retail experience mandatory (Experience at a Walgreens, CVS, etc. is a plus)</li><li>Satisfactory completion of any PA State required Medical Cannabis education programs</li></ul><p>Physical and Mental Demands:</p><p>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position, move and/or position oneself, communicate, operate and/or prepare, place, position objects, tools, or controls.
