We love what we do and seek to find service-minded Healers to join our happy, growing team.</p><p><b>Job duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:</b></p><p>• Accurately record all non-inventory accounts payable invoices daily</p><p>• Ensure proper payment terms are used to help manage cash and discounts</p><p>• Process payment requests and expense reports twice a week</p><p>• Manage vendor file integrity</p><p>• Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies</p><p>• Respond to all AP information inquiries, internal and external</p><p>• Record credit card bills and reconcile to credit card statement</p><p>• Record all employee reimbursement requests</p><p>• Track receipts for debit card purchases and reimbursement expenditures</p><p>• Track accounts payable aging and communicate any urgencies to management</p><p>• Assist with daily cash reporting and monthly accounting close</p><p>• Assist with maintaining daily cash reconciliations</p><p>• Other duties as assigned</p><p><b>Qualifications may include, but are not limited to, the following:</b></p><p>• Knowledge and Experience with Multi-Entity company accounting</p><p>• Ability to pass a background and credit check</p><p>• Ability to work professionally with a variety of personalities</p><p>• Ability to perform high volume work with confidentiality and accuracy</p><p>• Associates degree in accounting or bookkeeping preferred</p><p>• 2 years experience in a similar role</p><p><b>The ideal candidate:</b></p><p>• Extremely detail oriented (accounting test to be administered)</p><p>• Enjoys high growth environment, manages change with ease</p><p>• Enjoys human interaction</p><p>• Good verbal and written communication skills</p><p>• Experience with accounting systems, experience with Sage Intacct a plus</p><p>• Experience with inventory systems a plus</p><p>• Basic excel skills</p><p>• Technology friendly</p><p>• Growth minded, willingness to learn</p><p>• Great first job for individual willing to work hard and grow with the company</p><p><b>Working conditions:</b></p><p>• Hybrid work environment.
