Coda Signature is an award-winning infused products company that is experiencing rapid growth. We operate in Colorado, with a national expansion vision and strategy. We are seeking an individual to own all aspects of the reconciliation of purchase orders, and assistance with purchasing.

This Accounting Clerk position is responsible for assisting with Accounts Receivable, creating reports, and assisting with other accounting duties.

Responsibilities

· Posting Cash Receipts

· Sending Customer invoices & Statements

· Contacting Customers on outstanding balances

· Posting AP

· Assisting with mail sorting/scanning & document retention

· Adhoc reporting requests

· Internal communications to keep stakeholders advised of the status of their requests

· And anything else that comes up in our day

Education/Experience

· GED or High School equivalent
