This role will communicate with the extraction team to provide all Biomass needed for daily production.</p><p><b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p><p>• Track and maintain all Biomass inventory, maintain accurate data and product reports.</p><p>• Organize stock by date and maintain proper storage.</p><p>• Prioritize stock for extraction.</p><p>• Prepare Biomass for extraction team, including inspection of product for irregularities.</p><p>• Understand the trichrome development and qualities of Biomass stock, preparation, and packaging.</p><p>• Assist in process activities including setup, operations, and breakdown of extraction rooms as needed.</p><p>• Track and report waste.</p><p>• Communicate regularly with management and extraction team.</p><p>• Follow all SOP's and safety regulations.</p><p>• Other duties as assigned.</p><p>Salary$15 - $15 USD per hour</p><p>Required Skills</p><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b></p><p>• Must be 21 years or older and be able to pass a background check.</p><p>• High School Diploma or GED.</p><p>• Ability to work in direct contact with cannabis plants (must not have cannabis allergies, sensitivities).</p><p>• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible and adaptable.</p><p>• Strong time management, multitasking and organizational skills.</p><p>• Excellent data entry/reporting sills with strong attention to detail and accuracy, meticulous.</p><p>• Dependable and personable with great communication skills (written and verbal).</p><p>• Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.</p><p>• Must be open to working a flexible schedule including nights and/or weekends.</p><p>• Must be able to stand for long periods, move about freely, sit to stand, bend, stoop, squat kneel, push/pull, and must be able easily list and carry 50lbs.
