Grassdoor is looking for a motivated, creative, and independent performance marketing expert to increase traffic, grow the brand, and drive both acquisition and revenue. You will champion growth campaigns, help execute marketing programs, and reporting infrastructure to guide key decisions across the organization.

You will own and optimize paid marketing efforts to acquire and retain users throughout the funnel. You will work with a cross functional team composed of data scientists, designers, copywriters, product managers, engineers, and PR. You will have the opportunity to prepare marketing materials, participate in developing partner relationships, maintain existing marketing & advertising campaigns, seek new advertising and marketing campaigns with an emphasis in customer acquisition. Responsibilities:
  • Building and maintain relationships with new and existing partners (including but not limited to: platforms, publishers, agencies, brands) to help generate new user acquisition
  • Exploring and sourcing potential partnership opportunities with major media platforms to innovate, build brand awareness and drive acquisition
  • Executing strategies and programs with internal and external teams for media and brand campaigns

  • Creating, managing, and experimenting with new user acquisition campaigns

  • Contributing to social media platforms (including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) and drive content creation
  • Assisting in managing SEO for Grassdoor.com
  • Analyzing marketing data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement
  • Preparing and presenting recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data all the way up to the executive level
  • Tracking performance metrics including but not limited to conversion rates, total campaign costs, market saturation rates, etc.
  • Performing any other duties and tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years related experience in mobile marketing/advertising, ideally in e-commerce and/or cannabis retail but not required
  • Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward
  • Experience utilizing a CRM platform (preferably Braze) to build and track campaign performance
  • Demonstrable knowledge of best practices and orchestration across different channels, including display and search ads, direct mail, and affiliate
  • Strong background in customer conversion, re-engagement, retention strategies, and the ability to interpret customers' behavior and suggest creative ways to increase user acquisition
  • Experience analyzing marketing campaigns, running A/B tests, and providing actionable insights amd/or recommendations for next steps
  • Willingness to approach projects with a can-do attitude and create processes where there isn't one
  • Strong business acumen with a resilient and entrepreneurial spirit with a growth mindset
  • Experience in creating, maintaining, and building professional relationships and rapport
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
